The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for preparing meals and has bar seating for 2. The sunken dining area is furnished with a large table that offers seating for 8. If you don't want to watch television or need to do some work on your trip, the sitting room offers a desk and a love seat for reading or relaxing. Enjoy the outdoor air on the paver patio with a BBQ and seating for 6. The upstairs primary suite is furnished with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The primary bath has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and has an adjoining powder room (sink +toilet). The third bedroom is located on the main level and is furnished with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on the main level, at the entry to the game room. Have fun in the game room! Furnished with a large screen television for Wii games and watching DVDs, an air hockey table, and a pool table. This room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. A few open windows or doors are adequate to cool the home. This house has good cell phone reception. This is a Non-Smoking property. This property may not be suitable for those who have trouble navigating stairs. Please be advised, hot tub/yard maintenance may occur during your stay.
