There is a Walmart and Pick n Save close by and a multitude of boutique stores along Main Street. Ample street parking available for use. The laundry room is a shared space. If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250. Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500. Failure to return parking parking pass provided will result in a $100 fee.
