No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250. Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500. No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
