Sleeping arrangements Whether you’re hosting a family reunion or a getaway with friends, this cabin is designed for both connection and personal space. -Primary Suites (Downstairs): Two spacious bedrooms featuring King-sized beds, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. No morning queues here! -The Loft (Upstairs): Perfect for kids or the young at heart, the loft features a full trundle set with 2 bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. -Extra Guests: The living area includes 2 pull-out couches, providing versatile options for larger groups. Indoor living The open concept layout brings together a large living area, an indoor fireplace, and windows that draw in natural light. A dedicated workspace and wifi make it easy to stay connected when needed. The game room adds a playful break with a pool table and games, while the indoor pool with an option to add heat offers a relaxing way to spend time regardless of the weather outside. Kitchen and dining A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and a dining table gives you space to prepare meals at your own pace. Whether you are making breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner after a day at Dollywood, the kitchen and spacious indoor dining areas make it simple to share time together. Outdoor living The property features indoor and outdoor spaces where you can take in the crisp seasonal air. The patio or balcony and the hot tub create comfortable spots for unwinding, especially during cooler months when warm water and fresh mountain air pair naturally. Bathrooms and essentials With 4 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials provided, the cabin is designed to keep daily routines easy. Heating, air conditioning, and central features like a private entrance and smart lock add convenience throughout your stay. Neighborhood Located in Sequoia Heights Resort just one mile from the main parkway, the cabin places you close to top attractions. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 10 miles away, with destinations like the Hollywood Wax Museum, Ripley's Super Fun Park, and Dollywood all within a short drive. This pet-friendly cabin offers full access to its amenities and an easy drive to the sights of the Smoky Mountains. Pigeon Forge, is like a scene out of a retro movie filled with adventure, entertainment and music. You’ll find the unfiltered Appalachian scenery and deep-seated Southern culture come together to give you an exciting mix of travel experiences. The city calls upon hikers, bikers and campers with its proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The mountains, locally known as ‘The Smokies’, are carved with over a thousand-kilometres of hiking trails, some of which lead to swimming holes that you can plunge into. You can also canoe down the Little Pigeon Forge River or spend a night under the stars at its sprawling campgrounds. Entertainment comes in spades in this southeastern city of the United States and a testimony to that are its array of revues and dinner theatres. You can catch a live performance at the Grand Majestic Theater or the Country Tonite Theatre. For an evening of good-humoured chuckles in Pigeon Forge, head to the Comedy Barn or Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
