Master-planned, it features pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, and a playground (pools open June--October). There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. It's important to note that Cotori Canyon has established CC&R's. This is a brand new subdivision, therefore there is construction going on around the entire area so please be aware. There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bay (room for 2 vehicles) and in the driveway in front of the garage. This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering. Please understand and respect our policy. Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles).
