If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Our fully equipped home is designed for effortless comfort, convenience, and fun—just bring your clothes and water gear. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - No Events Allowed. - No Pets Allowed. - Please supervise children in the Unfinished Basement. **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options: - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process. - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
