This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. If there’s something you need and it's not listed, just ask—we’re happy to help! Our fully equipped home includes a gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig with K-cups, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking - No Pets - Please supervise children in the Unfinished Basement. **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification.
