The pool should be available for use starting Memorial Day through October 1. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees during this time. We hope the large covered Hot Tub helps fill the gaps through the cooler months! **Additional Information:** - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. - Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Street Parking, No Parking or Driving on Grass) - Zero wake within 50 feet of the shore/docks. - 28 Guests Maximum. - 16 Adults Maximum without specific prior approval. - No Events Allowed without specific prior approval. - No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval. **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:  - $55 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.  - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
