Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the cove and lake beyond, and the open layout flows from the chef's kitchen through the dining area and living room onto the west-facing deck. The kitchen is built for real cooking — gas range, professional hood, large island with bar seating, full suite of appliances, and enough counter space for multiple cooks at once. Mill Run is a quiet waterfront community on the private side of Lake Anna in Louisa County, Virginia — one of the most sought-after stretches of the lake for its calm water, warm temperatures, and the absence of public-side boat traffic. The private side stays warmer year-round and is completely separate from the public side, divided by a series of dikes with no water connection between them. If you plan to bring your own watercraft, please contact us in advance — we can help coordinate launch logistics. The surrounding neighborhood is residential and peaceful, with mature trees and lakefront homes. The loudest sounds are the osprey at first light and the water against the dock at night. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer. **Additional Information:** - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. - Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles.
