This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay. Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a recently updated kitchen with new granite countertops, new appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. If you want to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, you have easy access to a nearby boat ramp for either the public or private side of Lake Anna. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer. **Additional Information:** - Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - No Events Allowed without specific prior approval. - No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval. **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options: - $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process. - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
