(No Parking or Driving on Grass) The 4 vehicle maximum is a STRICT limit. - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. - 8 Adults Maximum - No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking - No Pets **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:  - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.  - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
