The third floor is a queen with attached full bathroom. Unit 2 - 2 Bedrooms This unit has four beds and sleeps 6. This unit has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one full-size air mattress. BATHROOMS Ensuite bathrooms are available in the Master and third floor bedrooms. A full bathroom on the second floor is available to the third and fourth bedrooms. For maximum convenience, an additional half-bath sits on the main floor of the home. The Master Bathroom offers a full-soaking tub and standing shower with two rainfall shower heads. One more full bath awaits and the lower level. Each bathroom is stocked with all of the essential toiletries. PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. It allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio. GUEST VERIFICATION SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations. TRUST & SAFETY The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. ✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old ✔ Pets are not permitted on the property ✔ No smoking inside the home ✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation ✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party ✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. ✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm ✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures.
