Large windows bathe the room in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kitchen: The updated kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a built-in double oven and microwave. Ample cabinetry provides plenty of storage, and the center island offers additional prep space, making it perfect for preparing family meals. Bathrooms: This home features 3.5 bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your convenience. 1st Floor: Half bathroom located in the foyer. 2nd Floor: Primary Bathroom (attached to the primary bedroom) – Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo (Jacuzzi is not functional). Hallway Bathroom – Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 3rd Floor: Middle Hallway Bathroom – Features a bathtub, small vanity, and toilet (no shower). GUEST VERIFICATION SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations. TRUST & SAFETY The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks. HOUSE RULES ✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. ✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old ✔ Pets are not permitted on the property ✔ No smoking inside the home ✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation ✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party ✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. ✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm ✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
