Welcome to my Atico apartment! My modern and bright 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, is perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located next to Las Ramblas and Liceu theater, the city centre of Barcelona. We are managers of other apartments in the building, really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips. Please note all apartments are almost identical, on layout, equipment and characteristics, but there might be some small changes on decoration. This apartment has: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathrooms and terrace access. Located in Raval, a cosmopolitan neighbourhood that makes up part of the Ciutat Vella district, Barcelona’s historic Old Town. It’s an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. Looking forward to hosting you! The Collection Barcelona El Raval is a cosmopolitan and multicultural neighborhood that is part of the Ciutat Vella district, the historic part of Barcelona. It is the perfect place for lovers of history and culture, as it is home to emblematic monuments and museums of Barcelona. The Palau Güell, the MACBA, the CCCB and the famous Mercado de la Boqueria are some of the symbols of this neighborhood where people of all nationalities converge. *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities. Thank you for your understanding!
