Welcome to my 120 m2 bright and triplex apartment located in Poble Sec, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, and conveniently located next to Eixample neighbourhood. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights. APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION: The unit is accessed directly from the street, right next to Carrer de Blai, a cheerful pedestrian area full of very nice restaurants. Its non-official centre, the marketplace of the same name—designed by Antoni Rovira i Tries and built between 1872 and 1882—is one of the oldest and most popular in the city, especially with the secondhand book stalls that surround the building Sunday mornings. It is bordered by the neighbourhoods of the L’Antiga Esquerra de l’Eixample, the Raval, and Poble Sec. The streets of Sant Antoni follow the grid pattern prevalent in all of Eixample, except for a central thoroughfare, the Avinguda del Mistral built on the site of an important medieval road which led out of Barcelona. Another well-known landmark of Sant Antoni is the bar called Els Tres Tombs, right next to the market. *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
