This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo spans approximately 1,335 sq. ft. across two levels and sits on the second floor of the building, offering expansive unobstructed views of Spotts Beach and the Caribbean Sea. From the moment you step inside, the modern design, vaulted ceilings and open layout create a bright and inviting space where natural light and ocean views take center stage. The main level features a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that seats four guests, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening drinks after a day in the sun. The living room opens directly onto a screened beachfront patio, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while staying comfortably shaded from the sun and breeze. If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay. Must climb stairs for access to condo as well as upstairs master bedroom. The Tennis Court and Pool are located across the road on a separate parcel of land owned by Coral Bay Village. Care should be taken when crossing. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
