With 1,712 square feet of airy, light-filled living space, Tamarind Bay #16 delivers a full-on ocean experience from nearly every room. Step through any of the oversized sliding glass doors—from the living room, den, or master—and you’re on the screened-in lanai. Gather at the dining table or around the kitchen counter for casual meals, or head outside for a dinner with a side of sea views. The sleeping arrangements are made for comfort and flexibility. The ocean-facing primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a 2nd bathroom in the hallway with a soaking tub—ideal for a quiet moment of luxury. The second bedroom includes a king bed and a twin sofa sleeper, perfect for a couple or a small family. The third sleeping area, a cozy den with a queen sleeper sofa, opens directly to the lanai and offers yet another stunning view of the water. Both bathrooms are updated and thoughtfully stocked with fresh linens, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer and iron. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, HDTVs, keyless entry, and reserved parking. When it’s time to head outside, the community’s beachfront pool awaits—complete with loungers, umbrellas, shaded cabanas, and BBQ grills for evening cookouts. There’s a tennis court for a little friendly competition, and snorkeling right off the seawall. If you decide to venture further north to other beachfront areas of Seven Mile Beach we make it easy by including lightweight beach chairs and towels for your adventures. And don’t worry about driving unless you want to—restaurants, shops, and water sports (including those offered by the nearby Marriott) are all within easy walking distance. Public transportation is convenient, taxis are readily available, and if you’re up for exploring, Andy’s Car Rental is located right across the street. Apart from being constantly sought after for its world class beaches and crystal clear water, Seven Mile Beach also offers many diverse dining, shopping and amenities that might not be expected on an island. Many things are within walking distance and public transportation is very good in the area so it is not also necessary to have a vehicle if you just intend to stay in the area and enjoy the many offerings. Tamarind Bay consists of 28 units, which are a mixture of short and long term rentals as well as owner occupied units. Unit # 16 is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator available so you will be required to use the stairs. There is 1 parking space reserved for the unit for your use. The tennis court is available for free during the day however there is a small fee of US$12.00 for using the court during the night. Please note that as of December 1st, 2025, there is a small stretch of beach in front of the seawall. We do not advertise this property as beachfront in order to avoid any misunderstandings or mismatched guest expectations.
