As you stroll up to the cute beach house, you will find an enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal BBQ grill, and fenced in yard. Take the stairs, and immediately at the top, you will see the Gulf vistas from the first level outdoor deck. Partially shaded, this area provides ample entertaining space complete with a dining table ready for 6 people! Step into the home, and you are greeted with a MASSIVE, GRANITE KITCHEN ISLAND seating NINE comfortably! The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs complete with stainless appliance package and WHOLE HOUSE RO SYSTEM! Prepare your meals, while enjoying lively conversations with your guests in the open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. Just off the kitchen area is the full-sized laundry room, and full bathroom complete with tub-shower combo. The primary bedroom with King bed, is also located on the first floor. Take the wooden staircase up to the second level. There you will find two bedrooms and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has one Queen bed, sleeping two, with flat screen TV and dedicated closet. The third bedroom has two full beds, sleeping four, a flat screen TV and PRIVATE SECOND LEVEL OUTDOOR DECK ACCESS! Step out onto the beautiful deck and enjoy unobstructed, 180-degree views of the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway! Cozy Cove is your perfect beach side retreat, with calm, coastal vibes!

Please use only the private walkover to the beach. DO NOT walk through the dunes as they are environmentally protected.

Cozy Cove is located in the Sunny Beach Subdivision of Surfside Beach, TX. Spoonbill Place is a dead-end street, with PRIVATE BEACH WALKOVER only for residents and their guests. The location is also perfectly situated for the golf-cart path (directly in front of the subdivision) local shops, the Seahorse Bar and Grill, Surfside Loco (beach gear, snacks, souvenirs) and Culture Coffee Shack for your favorite caffeinated beverages! Utilizing the private walkover, you and your guests can set up your site on the beach for all day fun in the sun!
