Welcome to the Kingfisher! This PET FRIENDLY, modified A Frame, has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms a few minutes' walk to the waves! Surf your way to the beach and enjoy the pedestrian side of Surfside Village. The Kingfisher is close to Jetty Park, Bird and Butterfly Trail, the Surfside Splash Pad and the Fort Velasco State Historic Site. Walk into relaxation with an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. This newly constructed, modified A frame has three levels of outdoor living and viewing spaces! The shaded area under the home comes equipped with a charcoal grill and picnic table for relaxing while grilling. The second level has the main entryway deck and includes outdoor seating and dining areas. Calm, coastal decor greets you as you enter The Kingfisher! The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect to gather friends and family. The modern kitchen comes equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops and built in RO system for the kitchen sink. The kitchen island has bar seating for two, and plenty of meal prep space. The dining table seats six comfortably so enjoy those beach side meals in style! Now venture into the well-appointed living room and enjoy the coastal decor and photographs taken by the artist owner! Comfy furniture and a large flat screen TV await you for your movie night or favorite game watching events! There is also a Google Nest with YouTube music available to hear all of your favorite tunes! Also on the first level, the primary bedroom comes complete with a King adjustable bed! The full bathroom on the main level is tastefully decorated and has a tub/shower combo perfect for bubble baths for the little ones. Venture up the stairs to the second level where you will find two more bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The second bedroom holds a full bed and two single beds, sleeping four comfortably. Down the hallway, the bath is well appointed, and has a walk-in shower with built in seating perfect for taking a steam shower! The third and final bedroom has a Queen adjustable bed and its own private outdoor deck access! Enjoy your favorite cocktail or beverage while watching and listening to the waves! The Kingfisher is in Surfside Village proper which is located on the pedestrian beach side of Thunder Road.
