Welcome to Pearl! This cute and newly remodeled beach bungalow is ready for your beach side vacation! Pearl is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom well equipped cozy home! Recently updated, Pearl has all of the modern touches you and your guests will enjoy! Stainless appliances, quartz and granite counter tops, comfy living room complete with two leather sofas and 55" TV, kitchen island seating for 4 and Two Queen bedroom retreats with their own access to the large, covered back deck. Perfect for morning coffee, this rear deck overlooks the salt grass marshes where waterfowl glide along the sunsets and sunrises. Pearl is ready for your beach get-a-way! This newly updated beach bungalow boasts an open concept living, dining and eating area. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an enormous open area with the modern kitchen, stainless appliances, huge island with bar seating and overflow round dining table seating 5! There is also another table nook perfect for more dining space or a convenient worktable for those last-minute emails! The kitchen flows right into the living room, where 2 comfy leather sofas and swivel chairs greet each guest to come and have a seat. The TV is located directly in front, perfect for movie nights! The first Queen bedroom is directly off the living room. With its adjustable platform, and twin trundle, this sleeping suite has its own full bathroom and stackable HE washer & dryer. This bedroom also has its own sliding glass door to the rear deck. On the other side of the home, there is the other Queen bedroom. It has direct access to the rear covered deck too, as well as its own ensuite full bath with walk-in shower. Pearl is only a few minutes' walk down Sundial to the Pedestrian Beach as well as Jetty Park, Surfside Village Splash Pad for the kiddos and all the shopping and night life Surfside Beach has to offer! Surfside Beach Village, is a family friendly, quiet, beach community full of character! Sundial crosses Fort Velasco which is the main road in and out of the Village, and also the location of food shops, our local coffee truck, bar and grills, souvenir shops, and much, much more! Pearl is minutes from the public boat ramp, the Crabbing Pier and shaded picnic areas. The Gulf Coast Birding Trail, the Butterfly Trail, and for history enthusiasts, Fort Velasco Historical Site and Museum are also site seeing excursions! Don't forget to take a walk out onto the Jetty Pier or grab a line and try your luck fishing along the Jetty. There is also a brand-new playground at the Jetty Park for the little ones to enjoy!
