Open the tri-fold patio doors and take in the blue-green sights and relaxing sounds of the Gulf! Outside there is a comfy L-shaped sectional for lounging, a pub table with four chairs for dining and wicker swing chair for relaxation! Step back into the living room and into the open concept entertaining space! Leather recliners and sofa are available to watch the game or your favorite movies on the HUGE flat screen TV! The upgraded kitchen is right off the living space with built in desk with printer and TONS of meal prep space perfect for the family chef! The brand-new stainless appliances are also a bonus for cooking your favorite meals! The spacious, granite kitchen island has a built-in glass range perfect for cooking while enjoying the ocean views! Island bar seating is also available for up to FOUR people to enjoy the sampling of all things delicious coming from the galley style kitchen! The window over the sink has views of Swan Lake too! Just off the living room area is the half-bath convenient for guests to use without having to go upstairs. Take the second level staircase to the three bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. The first bedroom directly off the hallway has a single bed with under bed storage drawers. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and views of Swan Lake as well. Also on this level is the full bathroom, with glass enclosed walk-in shower, that is shared with all bedrooms. Custom tile work and modern fixtures are included with your spa like bathroom experience! The third and final bedroom, with Queen bed, has ocean vistas from its own private balcony!
