About the Home

This newly remodeled condo sits right on the front row with great ocean views and easy access to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with 72" TV and queen sleeper sofa are on the first floor along with a front row, beach view deck. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with king size bed and its own beach front deck, the second bedroom with queen size bed and sunset deck and the third bedroom with queen/full bunk beds. There are shaded parking spaces down on the ground level in addition to a charcoal grill and rinse shower.

Good to know

Sunnyside is minutes from the Public Boat Ramp, the Crabbing Pier and shaded picnic areas. The Gulf Coast Birding Trail, the Butterfly Trail, and for Texas History Enthusiasts, Fort Velasco Historical Site and Museum are also available for site seeing excursions! Don't forget to take a walk out onto the Jetty Pier or grab a line and try your luck fishing along the 2 mile Long Jetty. There is also a brand-new playground at the Jetty Park for the little ones to enjoy! This is a NO PET HOUSE.

Pelican Place Condo Community and Sunnyside are centrally located in Surfside Beach. Close to the public boat ramp and Crabbing Pier, you and your guests can enjoy crabbing for your dinner at the pier and shaded picnic areas! Close to local restaurants and Surfside Loco Shop, where you can pick up the latest beach gear, souvenirs, food stuffs and homemade tamales and salsa! This is a NO PET HOUSE.
