About the Home

The beautiful 2BR 1.5BA will comfortably fit your family. If you’re looking for a luxury, newly renovated space, this may not be the right fit. But if you want an authentic beachfront experience at a great value, this home delivers exactly that. Privacy is provided as each room contains its own Smart TV for you to login to your streaming apps. Please note all bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a balcony off of the beachfront bedroom for the perfect sunrise view with your coffee. The home is equipped with everything you need to cook a family meal, and there is a large TV in the living room to hang out and relax after a long day at the beach. The property boasts multiple decks for lounging. There is a deck off of the living room, kitchen, and the primary bedroom. This beach front property has a private walkover that will lead you to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. There is also a large, shared backyard area, perfect for pets and kiddos. This property is walkable and close to many restaurants in the area. If you are looking for an affordable beachfront, central location perfect for small families, this may be the property for you. BEACH: The beach access is located in the shared yard via a private walk over. BIRD WATCHING: This area is known for its various species of birds. Bring your binoculars to check them out! FISHING: Bring your fishing gear to try a new skill of surf fishing!

-This is a BEACH FRONT property! It is also walking distance to Seahorse Bar & Grill and Beach Front Bar & Grill. - We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds. - Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them. - Water Hose - There is an accessible water hose. - There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided -There is a large, shared back yard to enjoy during your stay, please pick up after pets. -Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee. -We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell and yellow tint. We have never had issues with our water quality. We still recommend bringing drinking water and ice. -Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs Additional Dogs: $75 per dog Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted
