Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house. ➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement before check-in. ➡️ The fire pit for guest use at their own risk. ➡️ This home is on a private well system. Water is safe and maintained, but please be mindful of usage to help maintain consistent pressure. ➡️ The town enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. ➡️ Some amenities may be seasonal and availability can vary depending on weather and time of year.
