Water’s Edge is tucked along a peaceful stretch of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, surrounded by quiet lakefront homes—many of which are owned by full-time residents. While the setting is scenic and private, you’re still just minutes from Roy’s Marina, Port’s Café, downtown Geneva, and Watkins Glen. It’s a serene home base with convenient access to wineries, hiking, and everything the Finger Lakes has to offer. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors and help us preserve the peaceful character of the area. ➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future. ➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡️ Quiet Hours – The town enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please be respectful of our full-time neighbors. ➡️ Train Crossing – The nearby train passes about 1–2 times per day and is typically brief and quiet. That said, please stop and look both ways before crossing the tracks. ➡️ Parking – The town permits 2 vehicles in the driveway. A third car may be parked in the grass just before the railroad crossing. ➡️ No Boat Docking – Boats may not be docked at the property. ➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement prior to check-in. ➡️ Seasonal Amenities – Some amenities such as the kayaks, grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating may be unavailable during winter months or due to inclement weather. ➡️ Use at Your Own Risk – The fire pit, dock, and kayaks are for guest use only and should be enjoyed responsibly.
