The spacious, private yard is great for relaxing or gathering by the fire pit, and you’ll cross the nearby railroad tracks to reach the dock for swimming and lake access. ➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future. ➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡️ You must cross ACTIVE rail road tracks to access the lake. ➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house. ➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement before check-in. ➡️ Fire Pit Use – The fire pit is for guest use at their own risk. ➡️ Quiet Neighborhood – Neighbors live here year-round.
