Welcome our beautiful family townhouse in one of DC's favorite neighborhoods, Petworth. This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a back yard area and private parking for two vehicles. It's just perfect for family vacations, and business travelers alike. Conveniently located just a short walk away from the Georgia Avenue-Petworth Metro Station. Enjoy the private patio in the back to sit back and relax for your morning cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine in the warmer months. Our home can comfortably sleep 8 guests, with plenty of space to spread out! Modern, open plan living greets you as you walk in with plenty of seating to enjoy your family time together. Our full-sized kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, and cooking essentials as well as all the extras you need for your stay. Excellent wifi, washer/dryer are included. This home also boasts plenty of bathrooms, in fact for each bedroom there is a bathroom, as well as a 1/2 bath on the main level. You will be able to sleep 8 guests with the following configuration: - Main Bedroom sleeps 2 in a King Size Bed - 2nd Bedroom Sleeps 2 in a Queen Size Bed - 3rd bedroom sleeps 1 with 1 single bed - Lower Level sleeps 2 on Sofa Bed. - Living room sleeps 2 on Sofa Bed. Our home includes 2 private parking spots in the rear of the home for guests which is very rare find in DC. We look forward to hosting you! The Petworth neighborhood is trendy and popular with families and the younger DC crowd as it’s residential, but has great access to downtown. There is a true sense of community, and everyone looks out for each other; porch culture reigns supreme, families pushing strollers, and neighbors greeting each other with smiles are common sightings! Sherman Circle directly out the front door is where the neighborhood gathers for picnics, shaded walks/jogs, grassy playdates, and socializing. Traveling in town to visit your grandkids?
