Gorgeous row home on one of Capitol Hill's most charming, tree-lined blocks! This home features beautiful hardwood floors, exposed brick, granite countertops, plantation shutters, a marble-lined bathroom, and two fireplaces. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, and leads you into the open concept living room with a SmartTV, cozy breakfast nook, pull out couch, and plenty of seating for everyone. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and an oversized couch for lounging. The secondary bedroom has a day bed that turns into a queen size bed. Union Station, Eastern Market, and H Street have grocery stores, bars, restaurants and more and these are all just a quick walk away! Fun fact about this home, it has a large cherry blossom in the front yard, and it is one of the first to bloom during the season. Step out the door and glance along the tree lined street at the US Capitol building right in front of you, only 20 minutes on foot.
