Noise Disclaimer: My neighbor holds band practice on Sundays from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the basement area directly adjacent to the unit. New Gate: We recently replaced the fence gate with a sturdier one, and the installer added a handle with a keypad. The keypad is currently deactivated, so you won’t need to enter any code.
