Come enjoy this thoughtfully designed, fully furnished beach house in the heart of Santa Cruz. Just a 10-minute walk via a scenic path to Main Beach and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. With all utilities included, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wine fridge, this home is ideal for a comfortable extended stay close to everything Santa Cruz has to offer. *This is a 30-day rental only* - Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - The driveway is shared and on-site parking is limited to one car in the garage (attached to this house) and one car in the driveway (2 cars total can park on the property). - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Small patio with outdoor seating - The home is stocked with a Supply Starter Kit. This kit includes commonly used items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Once these items are diminished, we are available to restock for an additional cost. Please notify us if you are interested in this. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS Santa Cruz, California, is a coastal town with a unique blend of natural beauty and vibrant culture. Known for its stunning beaches along West Cliff Drive, it's a paradise for sunbathers, surfers, and outdoor enthusiasts. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk offers classic seaside fun with thrilling rides and amusements. The town's lively downtown area is dotted with eclectic shops, art galleries, and diverse dining options. Santa Cruz is also a hub for live music and cultural events, with the Santa Cruz Wharf offering spectacular ocean views and fresh seafood. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or relaxation, Santa Cruz has it all, making it a dynamic and inviting coastal destination. This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - The home is conveniently located near a main road, so you’ll experience some lively sounds from the area, including traffic and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. For your comfort, we’ve provided noise-canceling machines and blackout curtains to help ensure a restful stay for light sleepers. - There are 2 dedicated parking spots available (one in the garage and one in a designated area of the driveway). The garage may be a bit snug for larger SUVs, but free street parking is usually available nearby. - This property is part of a shared space with another home, and there is a shared wall. We strive to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone! - The home is two stories with stairs, which may not be ideal for young children or those with mobility concerns. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the layout! - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason. -By booking this home, you agree to a $2,500 Security Deposit authorization hold on your card that will run 2 days before you check out and if there are no damages, will be released in full 7 days later automatically. If there are damages found, the funds from the hold will be used to replace or repair broken or missing items or for additional cleaning up to, but not limited to the maximum security hold (only applies to bookings not made through Airbnb)
