When you arrive, park in one of the two gated parking spots. - Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - There are two reserved covered, gated parking spots There is a gate on either side of the apartment complex. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - cozy sofa, two armchairs, a large TV with a Roku, a warming gas fireplace, and sliding door access to the furnished balcony - Furnished balcony for meals or morning coffee. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS Santa Cruz, California, is a coastal town with a unique blend of natural beauty and vibrant culture. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - Due to the stairs and layout of the condo complex, this unit is not recommended for children. Please contact us if you would like assistance finding a more suitable rental. Thank you! - This home is in a condo complex, so there is potential for noise from neighbors (footsteps, voices, and cars passing by). Loud noise and parties are strictly prohibited. - No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. - This rental is located on floor 3. - Parking notes: There is a gate on either side of the apartment complex. There are two covered, gated parking spots for 118 C. - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
