Conveniently located to downtown Port Orford, Battle Rock Beach, and surrounding coastal attractions. Spacious and updated ground-floor unit offering comfortable and private accommodations. This private unit is part of our Port Orford Duplex Collection, offering updated furnishings and amenities throughout. Fully furnished, WIFI, full kitchen, Washer and Dryer in unit, and FREE parking; dog friendly for up to (2) preapproved dogs with additional $50 per Pet Fee. We do NOT accept cats due to allergies. Full kitchen to make cooking enjoyable and efficient. Full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster make preparing a meal simple. Dishes, utensils and basic cookware included for your convenience. Dining area features dining table with seating for up to (6). Enjoy a meal or play games with the family. Living area offers a comfortable layout to relax during your stay. Curl up on the comfy sofa with a blanket and a book or catch up on your favorite shows. Sofa folds out to a full-size bed for additional (2) guests. Large flat screen Smart TV, to login to your favorite streaming platforms. Additional seating to complete the necessities! There are two comfortable bedrooms, both offering inviting and thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces. Both rooms feature a King size bed, quality linens, bedside tables with lighting, and closet space for storing guests’ personal items. The second bedroom features a desk for working from home. Both rooms are spacious with large windows to bring in light or bring the Ocean breeze inside. Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, large vanity providing plenty of space for a larger group. High quality linens provided. Hairdryer and basic essentials and paper products are available for your arrival. Full-size high efficiency washer and dryer provided in the unit. There is a private patio area with a gas firepit and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a chilly evening around the fire with a glass of wine or sit in the sun with your morning coffee. Tons of trees and greenery make it feel like you are in the forest. There is free street parking available for up to 2 vehicles. We do allow up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per dog. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Be sure to let us know that you plan on bringing a pet and to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking with a pet. Pack and Play is available onsite. This property is located close to downtown Port Orford, one of the most charming and scenic towns on the Southern Oregon Coast. Port Orford is known for its small-town coastal feel, working port, dramatic ocean views, and uncrowded beaches. From this location, guests can easily explore local shops, restaurants, and galleries, as well as enjoy quick access to some of the most beautiful natural areas in the region. Battle Rock Beach and Battle Rock City Park are just minutes away and offer beach access, tidepools, picnic areas, and incredible ocean views. Port Orford Heads State Park features scenic walking trails, historic viewpoints, and overlooks where you can often spot whales, seabirds, and stunning sunsets. The Port of Port Orford is the oldest continually operating port on the Pacific Coast and is a great place to watch fishing boats, enjoy fresh seafood, or take in the coastal atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy nearby Cape Blanco State Park, home to the westernmost point in Oregon, miles of beaches, hiking trails, and the historic Cape Blanco Lighthouse. Humbug Mountain State Park is also close by and offers hiking, beach access, and forested trails with breathtaking coastal scenery. The surrounding area is ideal for fishing, hiking, beachcombing, photography, and wildlife viewing. Port Orford offers a relaxed pace with easy access to nature while still providing dining, coffee shops, local markets, and essential services. There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. ~ An additional Housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights. - Self Check In using digital door lock and private code. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out is by 11:00AM. - FREE parking on street and one space in front PET FEE: $50 per dog Pet Fee for up to 2 pre-approved dogs. Please also be aware of our pet policy: We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization. -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee. -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest. -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear and tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable.
