Complete with a bar with seating for 2. Dining area has a gorgeous slab table and additional seating for up to 4. This area can also double as a nice place to work from home and opens into the living area with tons of windows and light. The main living area has a large comfortable couch with a chaise and a chair for seating. 55” SMART TV and a warm electric fireplace, make for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch your favorite movies by logging into your Smart TV apps! The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with quality sheets and linens. Bedside lamps and nightstands for guests’ convenience. There is closet space for hanging clothes and for storing personal items. Stacking Washer & Dryer located next to the master make completing laundry efficient! Bright and clean bath including the original restored clawfoot tub with an attached shower, and updated tile and finishes to preserve the home’s original charm. High quality towels, shampoo/conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer completes the necessities! Fenced private back yard. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the patio or enjoy the cozy gas firepit for a cool night on the patio with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill. FREE Street Parking directly in front of property or anywhere on the street *NOTE: there is a separate detached Studio above the Garage with Alley Access & NO shared spaces. The cottage is Nestled between Downtown Boise and the historic district of the "North End" neighborhood, more specifically "Hyde Park". This neighborhood is a local favorite and a great place to experience the heart and soul of Boise. Hyde Park boasts quaint little coffee shops, restaurants and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, & bike shops. There is also Camel`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails within a half mile of the property. The foothills trails connect to a system of trails called "River to Ridges" trail systems. It also connects to Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve. There is an Albertsons & Riteaid within 2 blocks and Franklin House Beer Backyard is a great hangout on the opposite side of the block. Only 30 minute drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to the Boise Airport. With the foothills to the North, and Downtown, the River & Boise State University to the South, you will be in the center of everything! Boise Centre on the Grove, Saturday Market, the Botanical gardens, Taco Bell Arena, public transportation, and the Boise Greenbelt are also convenient to the property. ~ At the discretion of Stay in My District, we may require that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. ~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
