There is a private patio with a great spot to unwind with your friends and family. The open floor plan on the first floor has a wood stove, comfortable furniture, a flatscreen TV, a dining table, as well as a kitchen with all the essentials to prepare meals for everyone. There is even a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. There are two bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Bath with shower downstairs and a 1/2 bath upstairs. Beautifully decorated, this is a home away from home. The washer/dryer on-site will make things easier! This house is pet-friendly, ONE pet only. Located in a quiet residential area with just a short drive to local beaches, the harbor, and downtown Gold Beach. Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.
