The home is connected to an open lot, offering privacy and a playground in the summer and winter. Families traveling with children will appreciate the quiet and flat streets in the area, providing a safe and peaceful environment for little ones to play and explore. A raised deck with patio furniture, hot tub, and a gas BBQ, lends itself to outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. Inside, the home has smart TV's where you can access Netflix, Prime, and other apps. Toys, puzzles, games, and movies are also included for those ages 1-101. The kitchen is thoughtfully furnished with a stainless steel refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Ample counter space and storage cabinets ensure that you have plenty of room to prepare and store ingredients, while a spacious island provides the perfect spot for casual dining or laying out a spread of hors d'oeuvres. Less than a block away, is Paige Meadows, which is a popular place to hike/bike during the summer months or ski/snowshoe during the winter months. Palisades Tahoe & Alpine Ski Resort, Northstar at Tahoe, and Homewood Mountain Resort ski areas are within 10-30 minutes of this home. PARKING RESTRICTIONS: You must park in the driveway area only. NO STREET PARKING There is parking for 3-4 cars at this house. This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation! There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked. The cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and spa cleaning. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.
