With vaulted pine ceilings, big windows that let in tons of natural light, and an updated kitchen, it’s got that warm, cabin feel with all the modern touches. The kitchen has everything you need—a stainless steel refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, plus plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, and everything you'll need to prepare the most delicious meals. Fire up the Weber BBQ and hang out on the front or back deck—great spots to enjoy the fresh mountain air. You'll also have Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV with Roku, a cozy gas fireplace, and a washer/dryer to make your stay easy and comfortable. The house sleeps up to 8 people, and there's parking for 2 vehicles. You’re just 10 minutes from Tahoe City, a short drive to Palisades/Alpine, and under 10 minutes to Homewood Mountain Resort. Whether you're skiing, hiking, or just chilling, Hilltop Chalet is a great home base. The cleaning fee includes linens and towels. The home does not allow any parties or events as it is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation! There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked. ******************************************* PARKING RESTRICTIONS: From November 1st to May 1st, there is NO street parking. You must park in the driveway area only. During the winter months, there is parking for 2 cars maximum at this home.
