Located just three miles north of Cozumel’s town center, this five-bedroom beachfront villa is perfect for anyone who loves interior design, deserted beaches, and infinity pools with endless views. Designer furniture and an indoor garden with a beautiful skylight are the star features of an expansive living room that is chic and cozy. The dining room is spacious enough for large groups, as is the fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, the residence boasts a stylish infinity pool – stone walls are always a nice touch – that gives way to a practically private stretch of white-sand beach. The five bedrooms have enough space for 12 guests, all of whom enjoy a private ensuite bathroom. The suites on the second floor also have ocean-facing balconies, while the master suite is fitted with a large bathtub. Meanwhile, the bedroom downstairs has privileged access to the pool and patio lounge area, and of course, to the beachfront palapa with its sun loungers. Villa Grace is wonderfully isolated yet close to the action. The villa is just a five-minute drive away from Cozumel’s town center, where guests can find restaurants, shops, and other entertainment options.
