Please note that a food and beverage deposit will be required after the reservation is made, an estimate will be provided by the house manager based on your menu selection. Cancellation policy: If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify the Sales Manager in writing as soon as possible. The Sales Manager and the Owner shall make every reasonable attempt to meet your request, but cannot guarantee compliance with such requests. Re-bookings for the same or greater lodging amount will not incur any penalty, unless the change is requested within 30 days of the confirmed lodging period, in which case a 10% of total Lodging Services Change Fee shall apply. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform the Sales Manager in writing. Your right to receive a refund of the amount paid to the Owner will depend on the loss of profit standard. If the Owner is able to arrange another client group for the dates you cancelled at the same or greater lodging rate, the Owner will fully refund your deposit. If your cancelled dates are not fully re-rented, the Owner will credit any lodging fee received for those dates from the lodging the Owner would have received from you and will return any portion of your deposit that would result in excess profit beyond what would have been earned had you not cancelled your reservation. Please note, however, that it is unlikely you will receive any refund for cancellations within 60 days of the lodging period. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
