Please note that when booking this property you will be charged a refundable deposit of USD 10,000. Additionally a Food & Beverage deposit in the amount of $5,000 USD is required. Gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion, but is always appreciated by our staff. Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel its reservation no later than 120 days prior to their arrival and receive a 70% refund of the total RENTAL FEE, 30% shall remain NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice prior to date of arrival shall be NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no cancellations for reservations will fall during holidays, including Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter, and school breaks. This is not an inclusive list. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2 years). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium.
