As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views. This is a very peaceful and quite neighborhood, with a combination of young families and retired folks. Pls keep in mind that we do have neighbors, so this house will be ideal for a quite and peaceful getaway. No loud gatherings allowed. Thank you. Located in an extremely friendly neighborhood right on the Delaware river. Wonderful for sunset walks and just a short (10 min) drive, or reasonable bike ride, from Lambertville / New Hope. Events are not allowed at this location.
