With outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a square hot tub, it’s the ideal spot to relax, entertain, or simply enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Main Level Highlights Open Concept Living Space: The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals, and a cozy living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large picture windows that frame the scenic views. For dining, there’s a table with seating for 8 and 3 stools at the breakfast bar. Outdoor Living Space: Step outside through the sliding glass doors between the living room and kitchen to access the expansive deck. Here, you’ll find a gas BBQ grill and plenty of comfortable seating. Laundry Room: A full-size washer and dryer are located in the mudroom off the kitchen. Additional amenities in the clubhouse include a pool table, foosball table, poker table, arcade game a large screen TV.
