It is essential to have a car that is capable of being in the snow. If renting, inspect tires before leaving the rental lot, and ensure you have good tread. Ride-share is not available in the area (Uber and Lyft). This area is home to moose, fox, deer, elk, bears, mountain lions, and bobcats. The house DOES NOT have air conditioning in the summer as the mountain air keeps the house cool in the summer months. ** Tuesdays ** A hot tub technician checks the chemicals and comes by between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. He has access to the garage and usually is in and out within 15 minutes. He will walk around the back side of the house to the hot tub and does not need access to the house. Please avoid using the hot tub for 6 hours after the hot tub cleaning, as per the cleaning company's recommendation. ** Fridays ** Trash is collected on Fridays! Please ensure the trash and recycling cans are in the driveway starting Thursday night. All trash and recycling must be bagged. Please review the house rules if you need further clarification :)
