Please be mindful of quiet hours; we want to ensure we keep our neighbors happy! Please avoid using the hot tub for 6 hours after cleaning, per the cleaning companyβs guidelines. Lawn Care & Landscaping: This crew visits every week, typically on Wednesday. They do not need access to the home, only the garage which is not accessible via the house and is reserved for maintenance and owners storage only. π‘οΈ Smart Thermostat: The home is equipped with Nest smart thermostats, which can be adjusted by turning the dial left or right. Weβve set a comfortable temperature range that guests can adjust within. This helps ensure consistent comfort throughout the house while also protecting our HVAC system. We have both a service contract and a manufacturer warranty in place, and adjusting the system beyond the preset limits could void that coverage. If youβd like the temperature adjusted beyond the current range, just send us a quick message. Weβre happy to assist remotely if needed. The system is typically set to maintain the home around 70Β°F for everyoneβs comfort. π‘ Respect the Neighborhood: This home is located in a residential area, so itβs important to be respectful of both the neighbors and guests in the downstairs unit. No parties, please! There are no cameras inside the house. π Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited both inside the home and in the hot tub. Violations of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500. β° Check-Out Policy: Last-minute or unapproved late check-outs will result in a $300 late check-out fee or 20% of the total reservation cost, whichever is greater.
