Please avoid using the hot tub for 6 hours after cleaning, per the cleaning company’s guidelines. Lawn Care & Landscaping: This crew visits every week, typically on Wednesday. They do not need access to the home, only the garage which is not accessible via the house and is reserved for maintenance and owners storage only. 🌡️ Smart Thermostat: The home is equipped with Nest smart thermostats, which can be adjusted by turning the dial left or right. We’ve set a comfortable temperature range that guests can adjust within. This helps ensure consistent comfort throughout the house while also protecting our HVAC system. We have both a service contract and a manufacturer warranty in place, and adjusting the system beyond the preset limits could void that coverage. If you’d like the temperature adjusted beyond the current range, just send us a quick message. We’re happy to assist remotely if needed. The system is typically set to maintain the home around 70°F for everyone’s comfort. 🏡 Respect the Neighborhood: This home is located in a residential area, so it’s important to be respectful of both the neighbors and guests in the downstairs unit.
