Home Features: -Spacious Living & Dining Area – Comfortable seating, a couch and loveseat, plus a large flat-screen TV for entertainment -Fully Equipped Kitchen – Stainless steel appliances, solid service countertops, and a cozy dining area -Master Suite on First Floor – Queen sized bed, TV with an en-suite bath -Two Additional Bedrooms Upstairs – One with a full bed, one with two twin over full bunk beds, both with ample natural light and closet space -Laundry Room – Full-size washer & dryer for added convenience -Outdoor Living Spaces – Large patio for dining & entertaining, plus a fenced-in backyard for family fun -Convenient Bathrooms – 2 full bathrooms, main floor tub/shower combo and a walk in shower upstairs Close to Everything! Vehicle Restrictions: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or pets are allowed on the premises. The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided. House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
