Lovely high ceilings make you really feel the golden age of Portugal's past. Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - with large double bed, dressing room & en suite bathroom Bedroom 2 - with 1.4m double bed Bedroom 3 - with twin beds A cot and high chair can be provided, subject to an additional fee. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 - en suite bathroom with bath and shower over Bathroom 2 - Shower only with hand wash basin and WC. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary facilities, including oven/microwave & hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle & toaster, coffee making machine. Living Room: Really large living room divided into two areas. A separate dining area seats up to 6 Other: Iron & ironing board, hairdryer, air-conditioning, heating (hot&cold). Extras: Wi-fi internet access & cable TV (Many international channels) Step out of the front door and you find yourself right in the heart of it all. This area is rich in history and culture. It's extremely trendy with a variety of the best bars & restaurants just up a couple of blocks. A few minutes walk will take you to the late-night area of Bairro Alto where you can get a true Portuguese nightlife experience... Hop on the charming "Elevador da Bica" (Lisbon's famous tram inaugurated 1892) to be transported back to times gone by. The property is within 10 10-minute walk of the fresh produce market at Avenida 24 Julho near Cais do Sodré station. Spill out into the plentiful cafés, bars and speciality shops for a real Lisboeta experience. Take in the sights and sounds whilst enjoying a typical continental breakfast or an afternoon beer "imperial" on the pavement cafés and watch the world go by. This lively suburb of downtown Lisbon, one of the more intelectual parts of the city, frequented and inhabited by journalists, writers, students and visitors alike... just steps away from the trendiest shopping streets. The area around this self-catering Lisbon Coast property has plenty to offer in respect of food, shopping, transport and other amenities such as pharmacies, banks, etc. Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. * Since our office is located in Cascais, you can collect the apartment keys from a Keynest point at any time between 16h00 and 21h30, seven days a week. If you prefer, we can also arrange a meet and greet service for an additional fee. -€45.00 for arrivals between 20h00 and 23h00 -€60.00 for arrivals after 23h00. Tourist Tax: Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. This tax contributes to the maintenance of local facilities and applies to tourists regardless of nationality. It is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax at the prevailing rate and pass it on to the respective municipalities/regions. Rates can vary from year to year and between different councils. Please check your reservation for details. * Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise. * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.) * Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency. * Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.
