*** Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Our 1,300 square foot Colorado cabin with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is backdropped by the majestic mountains. It is only a short distance to the historic mining town of Creede, where art and outdoor enthusiasts love to visit! Our floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room allow you to take in the beautiful views, and you will never miss a beautiful sunset or sunrise -- even if it is too chilly to sit on the large deck. When the weather is warmer, the deck is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and spot the occasional wildlife visitor. The open layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room creates a spacious and welcoming atmosphere for gathering and socializing. The cozy wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during chilling mornings and evenings as you watch the wildlife pass through the property. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - Queen Bed (main level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (upper level) 3rd Bedroom - Two Twin Beds (upper level) Loft Area - Twin Sleeper Sofa (upper level) This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay). Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
