And if that's not enough, our home is adjacent to National Forest and a large private ranch, making it a true slice of heaven. You'll be able to enjoy solitude, tranquility, and peacefulness like never before at our home. The second story of our three-story home boasts a large riverfront deck, as well as an east-side deck perfect for those who love chasing the early morning sun. With plenty of room for guests to spread out, the second level features an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as the main king bedroom. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Level) with Smart TV 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (3rd Level) 3rd Bedroom - Full Bed (3rd Level) Large Open Room - Four (4) Twin Beds (3rd Level) with Smart TV Take a trip up the 1/2 round log staircase to the third level to find a queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and an open room with four twin beds. And don't forget to step out onto the third-story balcony for breathtaking river views. With a full bathroom on each of the three levels, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
