The home's main level features a gourmet kitchen with double ovens and a gas range, and it is a chef's dream. We have the following surveillance devices on the property for liability and insurance purposes: a camera above the garage door faces the front of the home, a camera faces west, looking at the roadside, and a camera at the backdoor facing the river. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
