This beautiful home offers a rustic atmosphere perfect for your vacation in Winter Park. Private balcony w/beautiful views of the surrounding forest,.. Suggest that you read some of the reviews from our other properties, hope that makes you feel more comfortable to stay with us. In upper level you will find a loft with queen bed and a full bathroom. Main level you have a full kitchen with all the appliances that you need for a great meal. Dining table to enjoy your meal with family and a beautiful living room with wood fire place to enjoy during the winter, you also have a TV and balcony. Lower level with 2 bedrooms each with en- suite bathroom, first room you will find two twin beds and second bedroom you have a queen bed. Unit also offers washer / dryer set up. This home is conveniently located just off Main Street and right next to a bus stop, giving you easy access to downtown Winter Park with all of its restaurants and sports shops. The main attraction, Winter Park Resort, is only a four-mile drive for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy in the winter and for hikers to enjoy in the summer. Fraser is the closest town to Winter Park and is just a three-mile drive from the condo. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. Winter Park Resort is only 4.8 miles away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are 1 mile at Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store at Fraser is just 2.9 miles away.
